Is the £39/mo price inclusive of VAT?
Yes. All displayed prices include UK 20% VAT. The Stripe receipt itemises the net + VAT breakdown automatically.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month with no minimum term. Cancel from your account page and you keep paid features till the end of the billing period.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically continues at your chosen plan (monthly or annual). We email you a reminder 48 hours before the trial ends.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription fees are non-refundable as per our Terms of Service. Cancellation prevents future billing. If you cancel mid-period, you keep access until the period ends.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
